My twitter conversation with Democratic candidate for Maine Senate over article published in PR Newswire showing MR Woods and Governor Baldacci thanking president Obama and the state for stimulus funds to finance the building of Tide Smart Global business plaza. However a freedom of information request to David Heidrich, Jr. Assistant Director of Communications Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Maine Government revealed that there was no such vendor as Tide Smart Global or any related name in the state records- also none found on recovery.org Mr Woods first response is to mock my question, which he later acknowledges is based in truth.
